01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 288bat platform — including the website at 288bat.pro, the mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Using the platform in any capacity — including browsing the lobby or viewing content — constitutes acceptance of these terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

02 Eligibility and Registration

03 Account Rules

Multiple accounts — regardless of whether they are registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

Account balances are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another 288bat account under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer balances between accounts may be treated as suspicious activity and investigated accordingly.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 288bat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

288bat reserves the right to request proof of ownership for payment methods used. If a payment method is found to be fraudulent, stolen, or used without the owner's authorisation, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the payment method's availability for outgoing transfers. PKR is the only currency for withdrawals on 288bat.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be completed if requested.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements — unwagered bonus balance is not withdrawable.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.
• No active fraud investigation or account review must be in progress.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

288bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms that will be stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance but are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable as cash.

09 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288bat and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical aids to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in multiplayer games or sports betting syndication to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financially illicit activity.
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person or operating an account as an agent.
• Attempting to circumvent account limits, self-exclusions, or other responsible gaming tools by registering additional accounts.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits after using those funds for gameplay.

288bat monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited activities. Accounts flagged by our risk systems may be placed under review, during which time withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

288bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
